摘要

对汽车制动底板进行工艺分析,对比不同的工艺方法及对零件装配要求的适应性,确定了合理的冲压工艺,并阐述了翻边整形复合模的结构特征和设计要点.经生产验证,成形工艺合理,零件质量稳定,提高了生产效率,保证零件装配质量的同时,降低了生产成本.

Abstract

It analyzed the technology of the braking plate,by comparing different process methods and their adaptability to component assembly requirements,a reasonable stamping process was de-termined.The structural characteristics and design points of the compound die with flanging and sizing was expounded.The production has proved that the forming process was reasonable,the product quality was stable,which guaranteed the assembly quality.
