摘要
针对汽车轮罩内板量产初期出现起皱叠料及侧壁暗裂的不良现象,通过局部增加拉深筋控制拉深走料,解决了零件起皱叠料及侧壁暗裂问题,确保了零件的顺利量产.
Abstract
In view of the phenomenon of wrinkling and side wall cracking in the early stage of mass production of the inner plate of wheel cover,the problems were successfully solved by local addi-tion of draw bead to control the drawing and material running,and the mass production of parts was ensured.
