电触头组件焊接成形工艺及模具设计

以料厚1.2 mm的某电触头组件为研究对象,确定其焊接自动线成形工艺,并设计了1副级进模,模具可实现与焊接机同步自动化生产,在压力机上实现凸模快换.经实际生产验证:模具结构合理,组件成形良好,银点焊接无开裂,为类似组件焊接的自动生产线模具设计提供参考.
Forming process for welding of electrical contact component and the die design
Taking an electrical contact component with material thickness of 1.2 mm as the re-search object,the forming process of its welding automatic production line was determined,and a progressive die was designed.It could realize synchronized automatic production with the welding machine and achieve fast exchange of the punch on the press machine.The actual production showed that the die structure was reasonable,the component was formed well,and the silver weld-ing was no cracking,which provided references for the die design of similar component welding automatic line.
