基于定模斜推的某电器外壳模具设计

摘要
根据塑件结构设计了1副简易点浇口注射模,为避免在塑件上留下动模滑块的轮廓印,采用定模滑块机构脱模,并利用定模板与定模座板之间的相对运动驱动定模滑块完成第1次开模.为了使塑件圆坑内侧面的4个扣位脱模,采用定模斜推脱模机构,并在定模板的背面设计定模斜推座,在定模斜推机构上设置导柱导套以保证定模斜推机构在开模时运动平稳.
Abstract
According to the structure of the product,a set of injection mould with easy pin-point gates was designed.In order to prevent the outline mark of slider in the moving half of mould,a slider mechanism in the fixed half of mould was used,and the relative motion between the fixed plate and the clamping plate of fixed half was used to drive the slider of the fixed mould to com-plete the first opening.In order to release the 4 buttons of the inner wall of the product round pit,a inclined push mechanism in fixed half was adopted.A fixed mould inclined push seat was designed on the back of the fixed plate,and a small guide post guide sleeve was set on the inclined push mechanism of fixed mould to ensure the steady movement when opening the mould.
