以钢化玻璃在注射模中与熔融塑料一起注射成型为研究对象,要求钢化玻璃在注射成型时没有损伤、划伤等不良缺陷,钢化玻璃与熔融塑料一起成型后要求平整、透光度符合标准、密封性好、不漏光.通过模具结构对钢化玻璃进行定位,施加合理的预压力控制其质量和位置,使钢化玻璃在注射工艺中与熔融塑料有效结合为一体,满足产品性能要求和提高良品率.
Injection moulding analysis of tempered glass insert and the mould design
The production of tempered glass by injection moulding with molten plastic in injection mould was studied.The tempered glass was required no damage,scratch,and other defects.The tempered glass must be flat,the light transmission needed nice,no light leakage,and good sealing after moulding.It used the mould structure to fix the tempered glass's position in the mould,and released a reasonable pre-pressure on the tempered glass for moulding,which made tempered glass effectively combined with the molten plastic in the injection process.It met the product per-formance requirements and improved the yield.
