Failure analysis of stripper plate insert and the die structure optimization
Based on the actual case,the structure of the stripper plate insert was deeply studied,the reason of its failure was analyzed that it caused by unreasonable design of die structure.In or-der to solve these problems,by thickening the loading position of the stripper plate insert,and stan-dardizing the material and thickness of the stripper plate insert gasket,which improved the stabili-ty of the stripper plate insert and extended its service life.
