摘要

分析了目前注射模设备在采用热流道和普通流道成型过程中存在的设备生产效率低和可靠性缺陷的问题,设计了一种注射模高效温控的方法及装置,并探讨了注射模中高效温控系统的优化设计方法,以提高模具在注射成型过程的稳定性、产品质量和生产效率.

Abstract

It analyzed the problems of low production efficiency and reliability defects in the cur-rent injection mould by using hot runner injection and cold runner.An innovative method and de-vice for efficient temperature control of injection moulds were designed,and the reliability optimi-zation design method of the high-efficiency temperature control system in injection mould was dis-cussed to improve the stability,product quality,and production efficiency.
