铸造工艺虚拟仿真实验教学平台的建设解决了铸造工艺设计周期长、实验成本高、浇铸过程危险和环境污染等问题,采用了"集中指导+独立完成+合作探索"相结合的方式,将"分层次、交互式、重探索、多样性"的教学方法融入其中,让学生在"沉浸式"的交互探究式操作中加深了对铸造工艺基础理论知识的理解,为支持学生自主开展铸造过程的探究和培养学生自主创新能力提供了工具和方法.
Research and development of casting technology and equip-ment experimental teaching platform based on virtual simula-tion
The construction of the casting process virtual simulation experiment teaching platform not only solved the problems of long casting process design cycle,high experiment cost,danger-ous pouring process and environmental pollution,but also adopted the combination of"centralized guidance+independent completion+cooperative exploration"and integrated the teaching meth-od of"hierarchical,interactive,re-exploration and diversity".In the"immersive"interactive inquiry operation,deepened students'understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge of the casting pro-cess,and provided means and tools to support students'independent exploration of the casting process and cultivate students'independent innovation ability.
