以一种剃须刀外壳的设计为基础,通过分析产品结构特征,设计了一模两腔,动、定模多个斜向复杂抽芯的结构,并运用模流分析软件模拟产品的填充、保压、冷却过程.发现该模具结构设计合理,开合模动作准确可靠,多个斜向抽芯之间无干涉,产品成型表面质量较好,可以达到客户的需求.模具结构新颖,可以为同类设计提供借鉴.
A kind of razor shell injection mold design
Based on the design of a razor shell,through analyzing the structural characteristics of the product,the structure of one mold with two cavities and multiple oblique complex extractor cores in the moving and fixed molds is designed,and the mold flow analysis software is used to simulate the filling,pressure holding and cooling process of the product.It is found that the mold structure is reasonably designed,the opening and closing action is accurate and reliable,there is no interference between multiple oblique extractor cores,the product forming surface quality is better,which can meet the customer's demand,and the mold structure is novel,which can provide reference value for the same kind of design.
