Study on High-temperature Unidirectional Tensile Properties of DP1180 Sheet
The influence of temperature on the mechanical properties of DP1 180 steel plate with 1.8 mm thickness was investigated by high temperature tensile test of DP1180 steel plate with Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine in the range of 500-900 ℃.The fracture morphology and microstructure of tensile failure specimens at different temperatures were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of the material decreases significantly with the increase of temperature. When the tensile test temperature rises from 500 ℃ to 900 ℃,the tensile strength decreases from 759 MPa to 251 MPa.At the same time, the elongation rate increased significantly from 36.5%to 71.5%.During this process, the fracture morphology of tensile specimens changed from brittle fracture to typical ductile fracture.
