不规则内腔体结构复杂、狭窄和深长,加工十分困难.通过对零件图纸进行分析,借助UG平台基于0提出了阴极的设计方案.对加工间隙处两侧电解液会出现严重溢流,导致中间处电解液不足而"短路"的现象,运用COMSOL软件对阴极的过液孔两种方案进行模拟仿真,通过有限元的分析比较以及试验验证,优化过液孔布置方案,满足了电解加工的要求.
Design and Experimental Verification of Cathode for Closed Component Inner Cavity
The irregular inner cavity structure is complex,narrow,and deep,which makes machining very difficult,a cathode design scheme was proposed based on the θ using the UG platform through the analysis of part drawing;In view of the phenomenon that electrolyte on both sides of the machining gap will overflow seriously,resulting in insufficient electrolyte in the middle and"short circuit",COMSOLsoftware is used to simulate the two schemes of the cathode through the liquid hole.Through finite element analysis,comparison,and experimental verification,the optimized scheme met the requirements of electrochemical machining.
