Study on deep drawing process of AZ91D magnesium alloy cylindrical parts
In this experiment, based on the H1F60 Komatsu servo press, the deep drawing performance of 1 mm thick AZ91D magnesium alloy sheet under different process parameters was studied by using the electromagnetic induction in-mold heating system. The results show that at room temperature, the sheet metal can not form a cylindrical part. When the temperature rises to 100 ℃,the sheet metal is successfully drawn into a cylindrical part. The limit drawing ratio of the sheet metal increases rapidly first, then increases slowly and finally decreases with the temperature. At 400 ℃,the limit drawing ratio reaches a maximum value of 1.91,and the drawing performance of the sheet metal is the best at this temperature. When the blank holder force and stamping speed increase, the drawing performance of the sheet decreases.
