空调外机卷边型顶盖的模具设计优化

针对空调外机顶盖的产品特点,通过计算和数值模拟确定毛坯形状尺寸,采用合理的模具结构完成了产品的卷边.产品冲压成形采用6道工序(毛坯切角→拉深成形→四周切边→四角切角→全周侧向折边→全周卷边),本文重点介绍第1工序——毛坯切角的形状尺寸计算和第5工序——全周侧向折边的工艺、模具结构以及模具的工作原理.采用优化后的模具成形、改善了顶盖卷边外观,确保了产品质量的稳定性.
Optimization of die design for the hemmedtop panel of air conditionerexternal unit
on Aiming at the product specifications of the top panel of the air conditioning external unit,the author determined the shape and dimension of the blank,and realized the hemming process of the workpiece by adopting reasonable die structure.The forming process of the product consists of 6 stages:blank corner cutting → deep drawing → edge cutting →corner cutting → circumference lateral flanging → circumference hemming.This article focuses on the determination of the shape and dimension in the 1st stage(blank corner cutting),and the process,die structure and working principle of the the fifth project(circumference lateral flanging).Using the optimized stamping die,the appearance of the top panel was improved,and the stability of product quality was ensured.
