通过对当前光固化(SLA)3D打印技术制造的,专用于精密铸造工艺使用的树脂模具清洁工序的深入分析,提出一种创新性树脂模具在打印成形后高效、快速和安全的清洁方法,在满足精密铸造工艺对其表面树脂残留少和尺寸形变小的要求的同时,提高了清洁过程的安全性,及降低了使用人员的操作难度.在此基础上,开发出喷淋密闭式清洁设备替代传统浸泡敞开式清洗缸,采用反复喷淋和吹风方式,快速去除表面残留树脂,避免酒精清洁剂等进入内部空腔导致模具变形.采用气动定量供给方式,提高酒精清洁剂使用率并降低大量存储风险.采用多传感器监测、PLC集中控制和人机界面(HMI)可视化操作,实现过程安全自动监测,废液自动回收等多种功能.最后通过测试验证了新清洁方法的可行性和清洁设备的实用性.
Development of a high-performance equipment for removing residual liquid on the surface of precision casting resin molds
On the basis of the current stereo lithography apparatus(SLA)post-processing process,an innovative resin mold cleaning method that is efficient,fast,and safe after printing and forming is proposed.This method not only meets the requirements of low surface resin residue and small size deformation in precision casting technology,but also improves the safety of the cleaning process and reduces the difficulty of operation for users and an spray sealed cleaning equipment has been developed to replace traditional soaking open cleaning cylinders,using repeated spraying and blowing methods to quickly remove residual resin on the surface and prevent alcohol cleaning agents from entering the internal cavity and causing deformation.Alcohol is supplied in pneumatic quantities to increase the usage rate of alcohol cleaning agents and reduce the risk of large-scale storage.By adopting multi-sensor monitoring,PLC control,and human machine interface(HMI)visualization operation,various functions such as process safety automatic monitoring and waste liquid automatic recovery are achieved.Finally,the feasibility of the new cleaning method and the practicality of the cleaning equipment were verified through testing.
