Practice of Mold Curriculum Settingand Exam Reform Based on the Training Mode of Golden Blue Collar"Mould Special Training Class
An analysis was conducted on the current professional curriculum,relevant textbooks,and assessment methods of the mold major in higher vocational colleges,pointing out the existing problems.These problems will lead to some students trained in the mold major in higher vocational colleges being unable to meet the employment requirements of regional mold industry development.Therefore,based on the employment requirements of the mold industry in Ninghai County,a golden blue collar"special training class training model based on technical school students has been established.In this model,combined with the practical employment requirements and needs of mold enterprises in the county,the mold professional training courses are reformed and reorganized according to the actual needs of the enterprises.The courses consist of three parts:basic literacy courses,comprehensive improvement courses,and single skill enhancement courses,course on real product model production for enterprises.The course implementation is divided into three stages.The first stage focuses on the cultivation of general knowledge and cognition of molds,the second stage focuses on the cultivation of single kill skills,and the third stage focuses on the cultivation of practical skills in commodity molds.The reform of examination plans at each stage is based on defense and practical results,with a focus on objective performance evaluation of practical skills.In the past four years of curriculum reform practice,good results have been achieved,and nearly 200 basic mold skilled talents with strong practical abilities have been delivered to the mold industry in the county.
