通过对水泵压铸件的结构分析以及压铸机工艺研究,初步确定模具的分型面,设计浇注、排溢系统,以及顶出机构,冷却系统采用重庆东科模具公司开发设计的特殊单孔双回路冷却水道,确定使用型腔在定模,型芯在动模的普通两板式结构.智铸超云CAE模拟铸件充型凝固过程,通过X射线探伤技术发现试模铸件表面无裂纹,内部无明显孔隙,质量满足工业标准.

Through the structural analysis and process research of die castingmachine technology,the parting surface of the mold,the design of the pouring and drainage system and the ejection mechanism are preliminarily determined,and the cooling system adopts the special single-hole double-circuit cooling channel developed and designed by Chongqing Dongke Mold Co.,Ltd.to determine the ordinary two-plate structure that uses the cavity in the fixed mold and the core in the moving mold.Zhizhu Chaoyun CAE simulates the filling and solidification process of castings,and finds that there are no cracks on the surface of the castings and no obvious pores inside the castings through X-ray flaw detection,and the quality meets the industry standards.
