基于田口试验的盒盖薄壁件注塑工艺优化与模具设计

扑克盒盖塑件较薄,在采用一模两腔的注塑工艺时,填充过程中容易出现翘曲变形的质量问题.通过理论分析、实验设计与有限元仿真相结合的方法,解决了扑克盒盖注塑成型的模具设计的难题.首先,通过Moldflow模拟仿真分析,选择合适的浇口位置,建立浇注系统及冷却系统;然后,将Moldflow与Minitab软件结合,建立了三水平四因素实验方案并进行仿真,以翘曲变形为响应目标,确定最佳的注塑成型工艺参数;最终,完成注塑模具三维图的设计,实现模具结构设计及注塑工艺参数合理化,保证了扑克盒盖一模两腔的批量生产.
Optimization design of injection mold for poker box cover based on Taguchi method
This topic mainly aimed at poker lifted the lid with thin plastic,with one module and two cavities injection molding process,prone to be of poor quality problems in the process of filling,such as the deformation after injection forming,misrun and other problems to be solved.Therefore,the difficult problem of the plastic mold design of the poker box cover will be solved by combining theoretical analysis,experimental design and finite element simulation.First,the select the appropriate gate position,establish the gating system,and complete the optimization analysis through Moldflow simulation.Second,three-level and four-factor Taguchi experiments are established,and the best injection molding process parameters through the response objectiveof warping deformation are obtained.Thirdly,the three-dimensional design and two-dimensional drawing design of the overall mold structure are completed to ensure the batch production of one mold and two cavities.
