探讨了 3D扫描技术在凸轮轴逆向设计中的应用,针对凸轮轴的特殊结构和复杂形状,提出了一种基于Geomagic软件的凸轮轴逆向设计方法.该方法首先利用3DScanGO Laser复合式扫描仪全面扫描凸轮轴,获取精确的几何形状和尺寸数据;随后,使用Geomagic Wrap软件处理扫描数据,并利用Geomagic Design X软件重构凸轮轴的三维模型;最后,通过PolyWorks软件对重构的凸轮轴三维模型进行检测与分析.
Reverse design and inspection analysis of camshaft based on Geomagic software
In this paper,the application of 3D scanning technology in the reverse design of camshafts is discussed,and a reverse design method of camshafts based on Geomagic software is proposed for the special structure and complex shape of camshafts.In this method,the camshaft is scanned with a 3DScanGO Laser composite scanner to obtain accurate geometry and dimensional data,then the scan data is processed by Geomagic Wrap software,the 3D model of the camshaft is reconstructed by Geomagic Design X software,and finally the 3D model of the reconstructed camshaft is inspected and analyzed by PolyWorks software.
