Optimization and improvement of mold electrode layout design and processing technology
The traditional clamping and machining methods of electrodes are analyzed and researched,and a method and process for efficient batch machining of electrodes based on the overall layout of a standard carrier plate is proposed.The article describes in detail the method of electrode layout design,the development of NC program tandem tool software,and the corresponding machining requirements and standards for each process.The electrode layout design and machining process can realize off-machine operation,on-machine machining,and the machine tool is in the state of high efficiency machining with almost zero downtime,so that the electrode CNC machining achieves high efficiency,economy and cost optimization,thus reducing the dependence of the electrode CNC machining on the high-skilled operators,and at the same time meeting the requirements of high-quality machining.It has been proved by practice that this layout design method can simplify the electrode batch machining operation and realize cost reduction and efficiency,which has practical guidance significance and reference value.
