High-temperature tensile test and high-temperature constitutive model of aircraft high-strength steel tailored blank
In order to understand the thermal deformation characteristics of B340LA low-carbon alloy steel,B1500HS cold-rolled steel and B340LA/B1500HS high-strength steel tailored blank and other commonly used steels in aircraft manufacturing, and improve the processing capacity of related enterprises for high-strength steel. The tensile test of various high-strength steel sheets was carried out to obtain the stress-strain relationship data of the sheets. On this basis, the improved Johnson-Cook model is used to fit the stress-strain relationship data of the sheet, and an ideal fitting effect is obtained, and the coefficient of determination R2 is close to 1,which means that the fitting results of the model have good reliability. Finally, based on the fitting results, the constitutive models of three high-strength steel sheets, namely B340LA low-carbon alloy steel,B1500HS cold-rolled steel and B340LA/B1500HS high-strength steel tailored blank, were established.
