针对凸轮零件传统逆向建模准确度不高、设计周期过长,以及产品外观表面有缺陷逆向建模效果不佳等问题,提出基于接触式三坐标测量机(coordinate measuring machines,CMM)测量和非接触式3D扫描仪数据采集相结合的逆向建模方法.对凸轮零件所有特征使用非接触式3D扫描仪进行数据采集,对关键特征使用三坐标测量机进行测量,获取凸轮零件特征数据,将特征数据导入到UG软件中进行逆向建模,最后将逆向建模完成的凸轮进行精度分析.结果表明:该方法能够高效解决精度低、外观缺陷等逆向建模问题,为同类产品的开发提供参考.
Efficient reverse modeling method for cam based on CMM and 3D Scanner
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy,long design cycle and poor reverse modeling effect of product surface defects in traditional reverse modeling of cam parts,a reverse modeling method based on the combination of contact(CMM)measurement and non-contact 3D scanner data collection is proposed.All features of cam parts are collected by non-contact 3D scanner,and key features are measured by CMM to obtain the feature data of cam parts.The feature data are imported into UG software for reverse modeling,and finally the precision of the reverse modeling is analyzed.The results show that this method can effectively solve the reverse modeling problems of high accuracy and appearance defects,and provide a reference for the development of similar products.
