Research and Practice on Talent Training Mechanism of Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Sino-German Cooperation
Focusing on the talent cultivation mechanism of intelligent manufacturing profession-als in vocational colleges under the background of sino-german cooperation in education.Firstly,the importance of strengthening sino-german cooperation and developing talent cultivation in the field of intelligent manufacturing was elaborated.Subsequently,the connotation and development of the intelligent manufacturing professional group were analyzed.Finally,corresponding measures were proposed,such as strengthening the sharing of resources and facilities,synchronizing the inte-gration of curriculum system and teaching methods,improving the ability of teaching staff,and cul-tural and language integration strategies,in order to optimize the talent cultivation process.
