摘要

深度剖析了新质生产力的内涵定义,揭示了新质生产力与高职教育相互促进、相互融合的底层逻辑.分析了在新质生产力视域下现场工程师培养存在的规模性、匹配性以及质量性的三大发展困境,依托学院电气自动化技术专业以及电子装联产业岗位的需求,在前期与快克智能装备有限公司合作的基础上,立项江苏省首批现场工程师学院项目,并就当前的运营模式、学生培养、师资团队建设开展了路径探索研究.

Abstract

The paper deeply analyzes the connotation of the new quality productivity and reveals the bottom logic of the mutual promotion and integration between the new quality productivity and higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the three development dilemmas of scale,match and quality in the field engineer training from the perspective of new quality productivity,based on the needs of the electrical automation major and the positions in the electronic assembly industry,and on the cooperation with Quick Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd.in the early stage,the first batch of field engineer college projects in Jiangsu Province were launched,and on the current mode of operation,student training,the construction of teachers to explore the path of research.
