近些年,中国汽车行业蓬勃发展,无论车身结构还是内饰外观都有了质的进步,拥有优质汽车冲压模具则是生产出合格车身零件得第一步.国内的模具行业迅猛发展的同时,也在追求成本控制,一般大型外板复杂造型需要6道工序冲压出来,而现在有些工艺给出了5道工序,甚至是4道工序就可以冲压成形,单纯的靠垂直冲压是无法实现的,模具会用到一种斜楔结构,其中有标准件,也有非标结构,它可从不同角度实现零件的冲压成形.
Research on the Design and Debugging of Non Standard Wedge Structures for Die
In recent years,China's automobile industry has flourished,both the structure and the interior appearance have made qualitative progress.Having a high-quality automobile stamping die is the first step in producing qualified body parts.While the domestic die&mold industry is developing rapidly,it also pursues cost control.Generally,the complex forming of large-scale outer panels requires six working procedures to be stamped out.Now,some processes provide five procedures,or even four working procedures to stamp and form.It is not possible to use vertical punching alone.The die uses a structure called a wedge.It has standard parts and non-standard structure,which can realize the stamping forming of parts from different angles.
