Design of Cutting Knife Die for New Energy Vehicle Battery Pole Plates
This article introduces the design requirements for a new energy vehicle battery electrode cutting blade die.The upper die was equipped with an upper knife mechanism and a pressing mechanism,while the lower die was equipped with a lower knife mechanism and a scratch prevention mechanism.The upper knife mechanism comprises an upper backing plate and an upper knife,while the lower knife mechanism comprises a lower knife base and a lower blade.This die mainly improves the feeding accuracy when cutting small and thin materials,effectively solves the issues of product width consistency and product burrs,realizes rapid disassembly and assembly,and reduces the frequency of die repair.It can provide a reference for subsequent cutting die design of similar products.
