Design and Development of High-Precision Cold Press Welding Die for Crystal Oscillator
The production of crystal oscillator cold press welding die involves high material hardness and difficulty in production and processing;high requirements of the size in detecting geometric dimensions;short lifespan of crystal oscillator products greatly limit the development of crystal oscillator cold press welding die.This article uses metallographic tissue slices for detection to improve detection accuracy;optimize tool material and tool angle to extend tool life;single mode structure realizes automatic vacuum loading and unloading,simplifies the process flow,to solve the pain points in cold press welding die processing.By designing and processing high-performance cold press welding die,we can better meet market demand,expand market share,and lift the technological blockade imposed by foreign countries on Chinese enterprises.
