摘要

当模具滑块结构中使用油缸抽芯时,由于普通油缸在液压自锁回路中不可能实现完全零泄漏,在强大的推力作用下,经常会出现滑块后退的情况,导致产品多胶、铍锋(飞边)等缺陷产生.设计了一种具有自锁功能的液压缸,能有效防止滑块机构后退,可大大减少注射成型不良品的发生,为模具设计选型提供参考.

Abstract

When the cylinder core pulling is used in the mold slide block structure,because the common cylinder can not achieve zero leakage in the hydraulic self-locking loop,the position of the cylinder will often fall back under the strong thrust lead to product glue,beryllium front,flash and other defects.In this paper,a hydraulic cylinder with self-locking function is designed,which can effectively prevent the mechanism from retreating and greatly reduce the occurrence of injection molding defects.
