针对注射成型实验教学中存在的问题,提出将注塑机操作仿真系统、MoldFlow仿真分析软件,结合国产智能注塑机,将装模、调模、试模、短射等实验采用虚实结合的方式进行,有效解决了注射成型工艺实验人机比不足、不直观等教学难点.以虚补实,虚实结合的教学模式,不仅可强化学生的专业实践技能,还可提高实际操作的成功率,能有效培养学生的创新思维能力,从而提升教学质量.
Research on Experimental Teaching Reform of Injection Molding Combining Virtual-Reality
The proposed solution to the issues in injection molding experiment teaching involves the introduction of an injection machine operation simulation system and MoldFlow simulation analysis software.This will be combined with domestic intelligent injection machines to conduct virtual and real experiments such as mold loading,adjustment,testing,and short shooting.This approach effectively addresses teaching challenges related to insufficient man-machine ratio and non-intuitive instruction in the injection molding process experiment.The combination of virtual and real teaching modes not only enhances students'practical skills but also improves the success rate of practical operations,thereby cultivating students'innovative thinking ability and ultimately enhancing teaching quality.
