摘要

以终端浪涌保护器壳为例,介绍了塑件外观面、技术要求、装配功能等特性,从塑件结构、模具结构、注射工艺、材料属性4个方面浅析塑件变形机理.运用MoldFlow软件分析浪涌保护器壳内凹变形根因,导致塑件翘曲原因有取向变形、冷却不均变形、收缩不等变形,角效应变形.依照反变形技术制定浪涌保护器壳变形解决方案,制作反变形3D造型数据、模拟仿真注塑成型工艺参数、解析分析结果数值,方案评估等过程.结果表明:经过实际注射成型验证,反变形技术可解决浪涌保护器壳变形翘曲问题,满足零件图纸尺寸及装配性能要求,MoldFlow软件可指导模具开发.

Abstract

This article takes the terminal surge protector shell as an example to introduce the appearance,technical requirements,assembly functions and other characteristics of plastic parts.It analyzes the deformation mechanism of plastic parts from four aspects:plastic structure,mold structure,injection process,and material properties.Using MoldFlow software to analyze the root cause of concave deformation in the surge protector shell,the causes of plastic warping include orientation deformation,uneven cooling deformation,unequal shrinkage deformation,and angular effect deformation.Develop a deformation solution for the surge protector shell based on anti deformation technology,create anti deformation 3D modeling data,simulate injection molding process parameters,analyze numerical results,and evaluate the solution.The results show that,after actual injection molding verification,anti deformation technology can solve the problem of deformation and warping of surge protector shells,meet the requirements of part drawing dimensions and assembly performance,and MoldFlow software can guide mold development.
