This paper addressing the fundamental characteristics of low melting point alloys andanalyzes their advantages as meterials for the low-temperature curing of complex-shaped composite part molds.Subsequently,it introduces the design and manufacturing process of low melting point alloy molding tools,combined with specific cases.The parts produced through practical application meet the requirements for size and surface accuracy,demonstrating the feasibility and value of this technology for promotion in engineering.
