Study on Bending Manufacturing Technology for Bottom Sealing Beam of Container Flat Car
Taking the bending manufacturing process of the bottom sealing beam of a container flat car produced by the company as the research object,this paper analyzes the manufacturability of the bottom sealing beam bent by the bending machine,establishes the bending process model by using CAD software,simulates and analyzes the forming process,improves the straightness factors affecting the bending forming,and realizes the improvement of the bending manufacturing quality and efficiency of the bottom sealing beam.
