摘要
对大直径吊挂的材料及结构特点进行了阐述,分析了大直径上分布的小角向孔在实际加工中的难点情况,总结了吊挂类零件高精度定位孔的加工技术,包括零件加工难点分析及其解决方案、单个孔采用钻孔+铣孔+镗孔的加工方式、CAM编程及加工前准备等高精度孔加工的过程,并介绍了大直径上分布的小角向孔加工工艺难点及其控制方法,最终确定加工工步,对其他类似结构的零件加工具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
This paper expounds the material and structural characteristics of large-diameter hanging,analyzes the difficulties of small angular holes distributed on large diameters in actual processing,and summarizes the processing technology of high-precision positioning holes for hanging parts,including the analysis of parts processing difficulties and their solutions,the processing method of drilling+milling+boring for a single hole,CAM programming and pre-processing preparation and other high-precision hole processing processes.This paper summarizes the processing difficulties and control methods of small angle holes distributed on large diameters,and finally determines the processing steps,which has certain reference value for the processing of other parts with similar structures.
