The mechanical system structure of new energy vehicles is complex,including multiple core components such as motors,batteries,and transmission devices.Any failure in one link may trigger a chain reaction.Common faults include motor overheating,battery failure,and abnormal transmission system.In order to effectively address these faults,we need to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis technology,in order to quickly locate problems and take corresponding repair measures.This technical research mainly aims to continuously improve the performance of mechanical systems in new energy vehicles through continuous technological innovation and research and development,ensuring that vehicles can operate stably in various scenarios,thereby providing consumers with a safer and more reliable travel experience.
