摘要
以我校产业学院为研究载体,分析了目前产业学院建设中机制不完善、企业积极性不高、合作不深等实际困难.探索产业学院通过组织架构、机制建设、风险防范来完善产业学院校企协同建设,积极向现代产业学院建设目标迈进,为企业输送更多紧缺的高技能人才,服务地方经济建设.
Abstract
This study takes the Industrial College of our university as the research carrier to analyze the practical difficulties in the current construction of the Industrial College,such as incomplete mechanisms,low enterprise enthusiasm,and insufficient cooperation.Exploring the use of organizational structure,mechanism construction,and risk prevention in the Industrial College to improve the collaborative construction between schools and enterprises,actively moving towards the goal of modern industrial college construction,and providing more urgently needed and scarce high skilled talents for enterprises to serve local economic development.
