Research Exploring the Comprehensive Education Model of Vocational Colleges'Post Course Competition and Certificate with the Assistance of Course Ideology and Politics
This study integrates the ideological and political concepts of courses into the comprehensive education model of job courses,competitions,and certificates.By reconstructing the course content and closely focusing on the job requirements of enterprises,the skill examination points of vocational skill level certificates and the requirements of skill competitions are integrated into the teaching process.The course also focuses on cultivating students'professional ethics,teamwork ability,and innovative spirit.At the same time,a diversified evaluation method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate students'learning outcomes.The teaching effectiveness shows that the comprehensive education model of on-the-job courses,competitions,and certificates under the guidance of ideological and political education can significantly improve students'learning outcomes and employment competitiveness,providing new ideas and methods for talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
