This article aims to explore the innovative practice of vocational school mechanical professional skill training mode based on work process orientation.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems in vocational school mechanical professional skill training,combined with industry needs and enterprise reality,a training model with work process as the core and emphasizing the combination of practical skills and professional ethics is proposed.This model builds a training platform that simulates the actual work environment,introduces real cases and projects from enterprises,and realizes contextualized and practical skills training for students,thereby improving their career adaptability and comprehensive competitiveness.Practice has shown that this training model has achieved significant results in improving teaching quality and promoting student employment.
