摘要
基于"岗课赛证"融通理念,为机械制造及自动化专业优化构建人才培养路径,旨在提升学生的职业技能与岗位适应力.通过整合岗位需求、课程模块、职业证书和技能竞赛等要素,打造符合行业需求的课程体系.该研究通过分析岗位技能要求,定制课程内容,融入1+X证书标准,并引入校企协同育人机制,实现岗课赛证的有机衔接.通过此路径,提升学生的综合能力,满足企业对专业技能人才的需求,为高职教育的人才培养模式创新提供了有效参考.
Abstract
Based on the integrated concept of"Post Course Competition Certificate",this paper builds an optimized talent training path for mechanical manufacturing and automation majors,aiming at improving students'vocational skills and job adaptability.By integrating elements such as job requirements,course modules,vocational certificates and skills competitions,we create a course system that meets the needs of the industry.By analyzing job skill requirements,customizing course content,integrating 1+X certificate standard,and introducing school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,the research realizes the organic connection of post class competition certificate.Through this path,the comprehensive ability of students can be improved to meet the needs of enterprises for professional skills,and it provides an effective reference for the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational education.
