摘要
在制造业不断进步的背景下,机械模具行业对专业人才的要求也越来越突出.研究目的是通过对机械模具行业现状及人才需求进行深入分析,有针对性地提出人才培养策略和探索职业发展路径.该研究也规划了机械模具人员职业发展阶段和道路,讨论职业资格认证和职称评定、继续教育和终身学习等问题的意义.研究结论认为:机械模具行业人才培养和职业发展支持要进一步强化,适应制造业转型升级需要.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of continuous progress in the manufacturing industry,the demand for professional talents in the mechanical and die&mold industry is becoming increasingly prominent.The research objective is to conduct in-depth analysis of the current situation and talent demand in the mechanical and die&mold industry,and to propose targeted talent training strategies and explore career development paths.This study also planned the career development stages and paths of mechanical and die&mold personnel,and discussed the significance of vocational qualification certification and title evaluation,continuing education,and lifelong learning.The research conclusion suggests that talent cultivation and career development support in the mechanical and die&mold industry need to be further strengthened to meet the needs of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.
