摘要

随着全球航空业的持续发展,传统材料已无法满足现代民航飞机对机械结构的高性能要求.新型材料,尤其是高性能复合材料和先进金属合金,为飞机结构设计提供了前所未有的改进潜力.主要分析了这些新型材料在民航飞机机械结构中的应用及其带来的技术突破,以及相关制造技术的革新.

Abstract

With the continuous development of the global aviation industry,traditional materials can no longer meet the high performance requirements of modern civil aviation aircraft.New materials,especially high-performance composites and advanced metal alloys,offer unprecedented potential for improvement in aircraft structural design.It mainly analyzes the application of these new materials in the mechanical structure of civil aviation aircraft and the technological breakthroughs brought by them,as well as the innovation of related manufacturing technology.
