摘要
通过和FeCrMoPC块体非晶合金相似成分的CrMo合金钢运用Deform-3D软件在FeCrMoPC块体非晶合金过冷液相区内进行等径角转角挤压的数值模拟,通过后处理分析材料的等效应力、等效应变、挤压载荷以及温度场等数据,为Fe基非晶合金ECAP变形探索出一个理论上最佳的温度窗口为465℃.
Abstract
A CrMo alloy steel with similar composition to FeCrMoPC block amorphous alloy is numerically simulated by using Deform-3D software in the subcooled liquid phase of FeCrMoPC block amorphous alloy with equal diameter Angle extrusion.The equivalent stress,equivalent strain,extrusion load and temperature field of the material are analyzed through post-processing.A theoretical optimum temperature window for ECAP deformation of Fe-based amorphous alloys is found to be 465℃.
