摘要
分析了金属表面涂层对模具焊接质量的影响,特别是涂层去除后的焊接效果.研究目的在于借助分析不同焊接技术(如气体保护焊、电弧焊)与涂层工艺(电镀、氮化、PVD、TD处理)的相互作用,揭示涂层对焊接质量的影响机制.研究方法包括焊接前涂层去除处理的必要性分析及涂层对焊接后模具表面性能的影响实验.研究结果表明,涂层的厚度和去除情况显著影响了焊接区的强度和耐磨性.该研究对优化模具焊接工艺具有重要意义.
Abstract
This study analyses the influence of metal surface coatings on the welding quality of molds,especially the welding effect after coating removal.The research aims to reveal the mechanism of the influence of coatings on welding quality by analyzing the interaction between different welding techniques(such as gas shielded welding,arc welding)and coating processes(electroplating,nitriding,PVD,TD treatment).The research methods include analyzing the necessity of coating removal treatment before welding and conducting experiments on the influence of coatings on the surface properties of molds after welding.The research results indicate that the thickness and removal of the coating significantly affect the strength and wear resistance of the welding zone.This study is of great significance for optimizing the welding process of molds.
