摘要
随着汽车轻量化的快速发展,线性膨胀系数低、比强度高、回收利用率高的长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料体现出自身优势,它能够通过"以塑代钢"的方式实现汽车轻量化应用.结合这一发展趋势和要求,分析了长玻纤增强复合材料的性能特点,将其合理应用于汽车各零部件之中,在汽车轻量化和降低成本方面获得良好的效果.
Abstract
With the rapid development of automobile lightweighting,long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials with low linear expansion coefficient,high specific strength,and high recycling rate have demonstrated their own advantages,achieving the application of automobile lightweighting through"replacing steel with plastic".Based on this development trend and requirements,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the performance characteristics of long glass fiber reinforced composite materials,and apply them reasonably to various automotive components,achieving good results in automotive lightweighting and cost reduction.
