The research on the multi-station tool holder for CNC lathes aims to address the issue of insufficient stations on existing tool holders.By designing a novel multi-station tool holder,it aims to meet the diverse needs during lathe processing.This design incorporates square turning tool slots and circular turning tool holes,featuring a simple structure that is convenient for movement and replacement.It can simultaneously clamp both circular and square turning tools,accommodating various requirements of lathe processing.The primary innovation of this design lies in its multifunctionality and flexibility.By increasing the number of stations and adopting a locking bolt hole design,the applicability and machining accuracy of the tool holder are enhanced.
