In order to achieve the localization and industrialization goals of the core components of the high reliability overhead contact system for high-speed electrified railways,This study mainly focuses on the research of the electrical connection device in the core equipment of the high-speed railway overhead contact system.Firstly,the optimization idea of the device structure form is proposed,and then the mechanical performance and reliability of the product model are verified through mechanical simulation analysis.Based on the simulation results,the design scheme is continuously optimized,and finally a high reliability and high stability electrical connection device is designed.This device can provide strong technical support for the construction of electrified railways and the speed improvement of existing lines in areas with strong winds in the future.
