摘要
膜式燃气表广泛应用于社会生活领域,与企业和群众生活息息相关,燃气表计量的准确与否,关系到广大消费者的利益.传统的膜式燃气表检定技术存在效率低、精度不高、人工成本大等局限性,已不能满足现代燃气计量发展的需求.在分析传统检定技术不足的基础上,提出了基于机械自动化系统的膜式燃气表检定技术创新方案,重点研究了智能物流、自动定位、标准流量发生、误差自动测量、无线数据传输等关键技术.
Abstract
As the main equipment for urban gas metering,the accuracy of membrane gas meters directly affects the vital interests of gas supply enterprises and users.The traditional membrane gas meter calibration technology has limitations such as low efficiency,low accuracy,and high labor costs,which can no longer meet the needs of modern gas metering development.On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of traditional calibration techniques,it proposes an innovative solution for membrane gas meter calibration technology based on mechanical automation systems,focusing on key technologies such as intelligent logistics,automatic positioning,standard flow rate generation,automatic error measurement,and wireless data transmission.
