This study explores the practical application of intelligent production lines in high-precision aluminum tube forming manufacturing.Introduced the Internet of Things,big data analysis,cloud computing platforms,artificial intelligence algorithms,automation equipment,and cyber physical systems.Analyzed the technical requirements for high-precision aluminum tubes,including requirements for dimensional accuracy,surface quality,and mechanical properties,described the design scheme for an intelligent production line,and covered the specific content of hardware configuration and software system integration.Research has shown that the application of intelligent production lines can not only improve production efficiency and product quality,but also reduce operating costs,providing strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
