自动扶梯作为现代城市公共交通的重要组成部分,其安全性直接关系到乘客的生命财产安全.附加制动器作为自动扶梯的关键安全装置,能够在自动扶梯发生超速、逆转、主驱动链断链等故障时迅速制停扶梯,确保乘客安全.通过建立整梯数值仿真模型,施加制动载荷和制动力矩,模拟了制动过程并进行了分析.对比仿真模型与现场试验的结果显示,仿真模型在制动过程中的梯级振动参数与现场试验结果一致,验证了仿真模型的有效性.
As an important component of modern urban public transportation,the safety of escalators is directly related to the safety of passengers'lives and property.The additional brake,as a key safety device of the escalator,can quickly stop the escalator in case of overspeed,reverse,or main drive chain breakage,ensuring passenger safety.It establishes a numerical simulation model for the entire elevator,applies braking load and braking torque,simulates the braking process,and analyzes it.The comparison between the simulation model and the field test results shows that the step vibration parameters of the simulation model during the braking process are consistent with the field test results,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation model.
