摘要
复合材料由两种或两种以上的材料组成,这些材料具有不同性质,由此形成的复合材料具有较强的综合性能,可以满足很多高性能、高精度的制件需求.复合材料制件需要有对应模具的支撑,成型模具的设计质量直接决定制件的品质,因此,要加强复合材料的成型模具设计.基于此,将复合材料成型模具结构作为切入点,探讨复合材料成型模具的设计要点,旨在提高成型模具的设计水平.
Abstract
Composite materials are composed of two or more materials with different properties,molding composite materials with strong comprehensive performance that can meet the needs of many high-performance and high-precision components.Composite material parts require support from corresponding molds,and the quality of the molding mold design directly determines the quality of the parts.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the design of composite material molding molds.Based on this,it takes the structure of composite material molding molds as the starting point to explore the key points of composite material molding mold design,aiming to improve the level of molding mold design.
