为了掌握装置过盈配合方法和技术,使用Ansys Workbench分析软件对其进行有限元分析.首先,创建出不同过盈量的三维模型,其次进行边界条件设置及网格的划分,再次进行求解参数设置,最后对其进行计算处理.经过后处理分析,得到不同过盈量的装置变形图、Von Mises应力图和接触压强图,并对其进行分析,基于接触区域提取到的反作用力经公式计算得到不同过盈量的活塞运动推力近似值.通过本次有限元分析得到的数据和规律,可为过盈配合装置设计和装配提供技术支撑,为过盈物体的取出方式提供一种方法作为参考.
In order to master the interference fit method and technology of the device,it uses Ansys Workbench analysis software to conduct finite element analysis on it.Firstly,create three-dimensional models with different interference fit,then set boundary conditions and mesh division,set solution parameters again,and finally perform computational processing on them.After post-processing analysis,deformation diagrams,Von Mises stress diagrams,and contact pressure diagrams of devices with different interference fit were obtained and analyzed.Based on the extracted reaction force from the contact area,approximate values of piston motion thrust with different interference fit were calculated using formulas.The data and patterns obtained through this finite element analysis can provide technical support for the design and assembly of interference fit devices,and provide a reference for the extraction method of interference fit objects.
