在装备设计工作中,结构设计通常在系统外形、结构布局、质量分布等总体指标确定之后进行,在系统方案设计阶段,结构分系统设计介入程度较低.经常会发生各分系统之间协调不到位,或无法满足总体指标等原因,需要反复进行协调、设计修改.为提高设计效率,结构设计方法的参数化和一体化是有效途径.介绍了在研发平台的协同式产品开发环境基础上,通过建立参数化的基本型结构主框架模型,快速建立新型产品的结构模型,实现结构设计参数化、一体化.
In equipment design work,structural design is usually carried out after the overall indicators such as system appearance,structural layout,and quality distribution are determined.In the system scheme design stage,the involvement of structural subsystem design is relatively low.Often,due to inadequate coordination between various subsystems or inability to meet overall indicators,repeated coordination and design modifications are required.Parameterization and integration of structural design methods are effective ways to improve design efficiency.It introduces a collaborative product development environment on a research and development platform.By establishing a parameterized basic structural framework model,a new product structural model is quickly established to achieve parameterized and integrated structural design.
